If you need to make changes, please reach out within 2 hours of placing your order and we’ll gladly assist.
SHIPPING and DELIVERY
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes — we deliver to every corner of the Philippines.
When will my order arrive?
Metro Manila orders typically arrive in 3–5 business days, while provincial deliveries may take 5–7 business days.
How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping starts at ₱85 and is automatically calculated at checkout.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
We offer same-day delivery within Metro Manila through select couriers, depending on availability.

Are your pieces hypoallergenic?
Yes — our jewelry is nickel-free and suitable for most sensitive skin.
What materials do you use?
We use premium stainless steel with PVD-coated gold for durability, shine, and everyday wear.
What is PVD?
PVD stands for Physical Vapor Deposition which is an advanced, environmentally conscious process that bonds 18K gold to stainless steel in a vacuum-sealed chamber. More durable than traditional gold plating, it produces a high-performance finish that resists tarnish, oxidation, and daily wear. The result: jewelry that’s durable, safe for sensitive skin, and made to shine with lasting brilliance.

CARE GUIDE
How do I take care of my jewelry?
- Store each piece in your Anara pouch or a separate jewelry box, away from humidity and direct sunlight.
- Avoid contact with perfume, lotions, oils, sweat, and harsh chemicals.
- Gently wipe your jewelry with a soft cloth as needed to maintain its shine.
RETURNS and EXCHANGES
Can I return or exchange my order?
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days for unused, unworn items in their original packaging.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours with a photo, and we’ll arrange a prompt replacement.
WARRANTY
Do you offer warranty for your pieces?
Every ANARA item comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering significant color fading or manufacturing defects under normal wear. If your claim is approved, we’ll replace your piece with the same item. If the design is no longer available, you’ll receive store credit of equal value.
What are your warranty terms?
This warranty does not cover scratches, dents, broken chains or clasps, loss, misuse, or natural wear over time beyond one year from date of purchase. Applies to the original item and design only, with valid proof of purchase and is subject to assessment.

Do you restock sold-out pieces?
Select styles may be restocked, but many of our designs are limited edition. Follow @wear.anara on Instagram for updates.
GIFTING and MORE
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes — each order arrives in our signature pouch, thoughtfully made for gifting. We can also include a custom note – just add your special instructions upon checkout or send us a message on Instagram!
